Run IE 32-bit Version via Windows Explorer

The MapGuide and Prizm Viewer activeX control(s) will not run in the 64-bit version of Internet Explorer. You need to run the 32-bit version.

 

If you are on a Windows 7 machine and could not find the Internet Explorer 32-bit icon, then try using Windows Explorer.

 

•Open Windows Explorer.

 

•Go to c:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer:

 

 

•Look for iexplore.exe.

 

•Right-click and select Open, or double-click on that file to open it.
