ActiveX Filtering

I have Internet Explorer 9, 10, or 11, have met the System Requirements needed for my system, and Checked my Internet Explorer settings and still the MapGuide and/or Prizm Viewer activeX control(s) will not load and/or install. What should I try now?

 

Try the following: 

 

Make sure that the ActiveX Filtering option is unchecked.

•Open an Internet Explorer browser window
•Open the "Tools" menu 

 

 

•Click on the menu item titled "ActiveX Filtering" to uncheck it 
•You may also find this option in the Safety drop down selection:

•Try the MapGuide and/or Prizm Viewer application again to see if they work.
•If they still don't work, please revisit Check Internet Explorer settings
