Toolbar Button - Copy

 History - Browse Back   Go Up 1 TOC Item   Go Down 1 TOC Item   History - Browse Forward

The copy button is located in the top row toolbar to the far left.

 

 

When the Copy button is selected it will flydown/expand and look like the image below.
