Popup Menu - Pan

To access the pan option, right-click in the mapping window and choose Pan from the popup menu.

Pan mode allows the user to "grab" and move the active map view up, down, or sideways to display areas outside the current map view while at the current viewing scale located in the mapping window's status bar.

Note: Selecting the popup menu Pan option does not change the Pan sticky button in the toolbar.
